Micro-credentials in the Process of Identifying Competence
The process visualisation shows how the work environment is identified, how work packages are defined, and how tasks can be divided into micro-credentials.
The process also describes the role of the learner and how the learner’s competence and progress can be identified and evaluated together with a working life representative (coach, supervisor) and the learner.
In this process, the learner’s competence is made visible and validated through assessment and documentation.
Through micro-credentials, individuals can flexibly develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies they need for personal and professional development.
